In fact, I've never received any negative feedback. However, the item I received was authentic and works perfectly. This product is difficult to find in the United States for some reason that I don't understand. This order was dispatched from the Indian subcontinent. It was, however, a Vicks product, and it worked perfectly.

For many years, I've relied on Vicks Inhaler. The ingredients in this product are different from what I'm used to because it's made in India. I bought this because of the low price, assuming that all Vicks inhalers have the same formula all over the world. wrong. Buy the one made in Mexico; it's the same recipe as the one I'm used to. I know because I'm currently using one made in Mexico and purchased this to replace it. What a colossal squandering of resources.
This is not the same Vic inhaler as before because the formula has changed. The scent is that of a Sybian Evergreen tree, with a hint of menthal and tea tree oil in the needles. When I inhaled it, it felt like a branch of an evergreen tree was thrusting up my nose. My eyes were closed and tears were streaming down my cheeks, my ears were burning, my throat was stinging, and I am now more congested than before I inhaled. Horrible. Horrible, to say the least. Don't waste your money on it. br> VICKS, you're a jerk!.

When compared to the genuine article, tubes arrived wrapped in paper and unsealed, with incorrect usage and safety information. The tubes reeked of an oily, mechanical odor. These Vicks inhalers have always been my go-to choice. My son got me a four-pack at my request, and I used it for the first time today; a liquid substance poured out of the inhaler into my nose, and I can't seem to get the burning sensation to go away.
