With each passing week on this product, my allergic symptoms returned with a vengeance, so I reordered the branded product and was pleasantly surprised to find that within 5-days, my allergic symptoms had vanished. My allergy symptoms of recent sneezing, sniffing, and itchy eyes have vanished after 7 days. This product is a waste of money in my opinion!.

This is Rhinocort-AQ in its generic form. When it became OTC, insurance stopped covering it, and stores only carried the generic version of Flonase, which burns my nasal tissues horribly and leaves me with bloody noses. This is an aqueous (water-based) substance. Because it's a water-based product, it won't burn.

br>It worked quickly to clear up a sinus infection. br>However, it has a foul odor, and any sinus drip tastes AWFUL. However, this is a small price to pay for something that actually WORKS. I expected medicine to smell like medicine, but the flavor was much stronger than I had anticipated. I believe that, as with all things taste, some people will enjoy it while others will not. I can deal with it because, like my infection, the taste and odor fade quickly.
