It's sealed in a can that's been pressurized. Do not insert into nostril; instead, place a tip in the nostril and spray. This stuff is wonderful. It was recommended by an ENT doctor because it can be used every 10 minutes (not that you would) and it is not addictive or harmful because it is just saline.
"Manufactured for Church" is written on the cannisters. Dwight Co., Inc. is a company that manufactures and distributes a variety "Ewing, New Jersey." I'm not sure where it's made, but after 20 years of severe, chronic sinus infections and way too much steroid treatment, I can say that it's probably made in China. I've been using this product twice a day since it was released, and I've had antibiotics and two sinus surgeries. I've remained infection-free, thank goodness. This is more expensive than saline squeeze bottles, but they always smelled stale before I finished them. Simply Saline's advantages are well worth the extra cost in my opinion.
I've been using this product for about four years and find it to be excellent. There are no expiration dates that I've come across. It was recommended to me by my ENT doctor. Excellent outcomes.

It's just saline, with a long nozzle and a long reach, and it doesn't contain any harmful or addictive chemicals. I'd suggest it for clearing nasal debris and the like. Price fluctuates, so keep an eye on it.
About half of the 12 cans of this spray I ordered this year (2020) either don't spray or don't spray properly after a few uses. I'm not sure if this is a serious manufacturing flaw or if I'm getting subpar counterfeit goods.
It prevents my nose from drying out, which is especially important while I'm sleeping!.
It's ready to use and effectively penetrates the sinus cavities to relieve dryness and discomfort.
On Amazon, you can get a great deal. The grocery store and pharmacy are both too expensive. It's simple to use and clean up afterward. It is non-combustible. For allergies, this is the only brand I use.
Have you ever suffered from a dry or gummy nose? Have you ever had a boogie blockage? This stuff is simple to use and does not cause any discomfort or burning sensations like water. Simply spray it in, wait a few moments, and then gently blow your nose. . . it works like magic. You'll be glad you did another quick spray to get your inner nose wet. There are no harsh ingredients or medications in this product, and it feels great, especially after a workout. when a piece of dry tissue is rehydrated.
I've been using saline rinse squeeze bottles for years and had no idea they were gas powered. They were actually quite enjoyable for me. I'll reorder them as needed because the solution is mild.
Will not spray in a consistent manner. You must try and try until it finally sprays, but it will only do so once, after which you must fiddle with it again and guess when the next spray will occur. The Russian roulette spray is a complete waste of money. More than my nose has been sprayed into the air. Make sure you don't throw your money away. Purchase a brand that isn't the same as the one you're currently using.
