That was a date I had never seen before. But, if that's the case, it's a good question to ask the company about why it's not as potent as it used to be.

What if the product formulation is different? It didn't work as well or as quickly as this product from Walmart or Walgreens that I had previously purchased

I'm guessing the formulation has changed, or there isn't enough spray coming out of the top of the bottle.
