What you'll need is a Nastent from "Corinium-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX medical. They're called "nastents" and are made of soft silicone (medical grade silicone tubing) and are imported from the United Kingdom. They look a lot like nasopharyngeal tubes. They come in a variety of sizes and are used to prevent sleep apnea by keeping the nasal passage open all the way to the throat.

These were purchased as a backup bag for my personal belongings. They appear to be on par with what I'm used to at work. With the addition of some Narcan and a BVM, you'll be able to save those heroin overdoses in no time!.

This is a complete set, including all of the sizes I've ever needed in my 30 years of fire/rescue service, as well as some sizes you may not require all of the time. It's in there when you need an odd size, and all the lube is in there as well. If you require NPAs, this is the kit to purchase. I bought two so that I would be prepared for anything.
