Questions & Answers
There is a plastic backing on these. They should be able to assist you in resolving the issue, in my opinion. The only problem is that the adhesive is very weak, and the pad will not stay in place if placed on top of the sheets. This shouldn't be a problem if you don't move around much. These are a good size for me because of their larger size.
I have no idea. Make that nursing home address your default address for that order, then change it back to your address once you've completed it.
Remove as much as you can with a mild solvent. Wd40 is the simplest, but it will most likely harm the wood finish. Take a look at what your flooring companies have to say. Assume the worst. Soap, water, and a good deal of elbow grease are all you'll need. Also, don't use too much water because it can cause the wood to cup.
In most cases, an "auto" re-start is available. You have the option of placing a one-time order or an "auto" reorder. order at the time of ordering

Despite its excellent quality, ideal size, and high absorbency, this pad is NOT AT ALL ADHESIVE! Even after turning my son several times throughout the night, it stayed in place fairly well. It was also extremely long-lasting. I used the same pad for three nights in a row (since he didn't wet), and it was in excellent condition with no rips or wear.
Wonderful quality product, but the big disappointment was the delivery on boxed denoting the product as it was given to the customer in the Marriott hotel lobby yes. My husband was enraged by my actions. This item should have been boxed from the start. As a result, I don't have any footage of him boxing in the hotel lobby. I'm aware that this can happen, but I'm hoping it never happens to me again.
So much for adhesive, right? Well, not entirely. When you peel off the protective tape, they do stick to themselves. They DO NOT, however, adhere to the sheets! Unfortunately, the family member for whom we need these gets them bunched up just sitting on the edge of the bed, let alone sleeping in the bed (tossing and turning). I believe these would be better if they had adhesive on all four sides rather than just two, but the best thing they could do is use stickier adhesive, even if it means they stick to themselves more. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> After using these adhesive bed pads for a while and still having to wash sheets on a regular basis, I've decided to switch to reusable cloth bed pads. My initial reaction was that I didn't want to use them because I didn't want to have to wash urine-stained clothing on a daily basis. Because the disposable pads kept shifting, I ended up washing sheets nearly every day. It wasn't at all what I was looking for. I've switched to reusable cloth pads, which stay put. Yes, I'm constantly washing urine-soaked items, but instead of stripping the bed and washing EVERYTHING on a daily basis, I can save up the reusable pads and only wash them once or twice a week. Overall, this method saves a lot of time and effort.
These pads are excellent at absorbing moisture and do so quickly. My adult female Border Collie produces the same amount of energy as an adult human. I only had one minor issue, so be warned: the adhesive is extremely strong, almost too strong for a wood floor. When I went to clean up after my puppy's accident, the plastic backing ripped off and remained stuck to the floor (it took about 10 minutes of scraping to get it off). This would most likely work on carpets or fabrics, but not on hard solid surfaces.
I am surprised that this product has a rating of 75%! I bought them because of the positive feedback! The only positive thing I can say about this item is that it is of a good size! They're extremely frail! There isn't much padding, and they aren't very absorbent! The adhesive strips are barely sticky and don't even keep the pad in place! I tore the backing strip off the adhesive the first time I tried to remove it! It's incredible how thin the plastic is. To keep it in place, I had to use the same packing tape you'd use to seal a box for shipping! I had previously used excellent pads, but chose these because of the adhesive! I'm counting on these to stay put! I should have just taped the ones I've been using because they're thick and last for a few days! These are thin and easily torn, so they should stay put, but I have to tape them anyway, and they only last a day! I might as well use the thicker tape if I'm going to have to use it! Please accept my apologies for the items I ordered! They are not recommended, and I will not be ordering from them again!.
I like the size, absorbency, and comfort of these, as well as the sticky strips that hold them in place. The last two shipments, however, have been disappointing. The stickiness of the strip is insufficient to keep it in place. I'm hoping they'll be able to correct the problem. I'll continue to buy them because there is nothing better on the market. The price is reasonable.
However, it is insufficiently adhesive. Overall, it's merely adequate. The adhesive, as other reviewers have stated, is insufficient. On a full-sized bed, the photos are displayed. It's just that the adhesive strips aren't wide enough. Due to adhesive failure, it is frequently discovered bunched up beneath fitted sheets. Next time, I'll try to get a better deal.
Other brands that actually stick to the bed have been purchased in the past. This is not the case. I use it on my daughter, who still wets the bed with her pull-ups. The bed sheet does not adhere to the mattress. I have to put one under the sheet and one on top in the hopes that the one under the sheet will at the very least protect the mattress if the one on top moves (which it almost always does). Because the pad has moved, I have to wash the sheets every morning.
