In order to have a backup, I bought a second set. The order was the same, but this group was much smaller when I clicked the “order again” button. have like two sizes different from each other. Despite the fact that they aren't extremely comfortable, they do the trick. There are no noise issues, like some other reviewers have noted I mean, if I wear a skirt or pajama bottoms I can hear them, but my husband can't, and with actual pants, they make no sound. The third positive is that they absorb moisture. It is not why I bought them, but they worked great, otherwise it would have been catastrophic when I was 15 in public. I started my period a couple days earlier than I planned and bled a lot in these on accident (not why I bought them, but they did the job). That impressed me. I washed with cold water, so you can barely tell there was water in there. Though I do not intend to use them for a long period of time, it is nice to know they work nonetheless. * * * I am concerned about how well they absorb and how little they breathe. Having worn only these underwear for 3 days (during the coughing fits) (and I feel it deemed necessary to mention, I wore a different pair 3 days in a row, not a pair I'd worn There were some funky odors My mood was gloomy despite the number of showers I took (sometimes two a day with the gym and putting on a new pair of socks post shower), despite the many times I got dressed. My pH balance returned to normal after a few days, but it took me a few more days to feel normal again. Is there any absorption on them? Certainly. The noise they make is not with actual pants, but with light pajama bottoms.
Does the clothing fit true to size? One order was true to size, the other ordered was not. Would I recommend these over $50 period pants? I totally agree! If you wear them TOO often, I would recommend you take care.

They fit me well, and I can wear them in the same size that I wear for other pants. I can wear this all day without feeling out of place because it is comfortable and quiet. In the washing machine and dryer, there are no problems.

The small was not too tight on me and the extra large was just what I got because my butt is quite big. Without being overly tight, they make a great show. It has worked well for me today without a pad, tampon, or cup. I know they're not intended as a replacement for something absorbent, but they've worked great for me today without any It's a hard day for me today. It was only when I first put them on and before wrapping other clothes around them that I noticed the "swishing" noise. My daughter was unable to hear it when I walked around the kitchen asking her if she could hear it. A leak is not present. I believe this to be the most important factor. I am happy with how things are going so far. My daughter was afraid to use them after I bought them for her. I did as such. Wearing them during the second half of my week, when my flow was very inconsistent, was very practical for me. My insides are ripped out of me when I use tampons. Combined them with light tan dress slacks and did not use a pad or tampon. I did not damage my pants in any way. My heavy wore these and had no problem with them holding up overnight. I was able to rinse them out with hand washing and a little peroxide. I will order more to add to a thicker layer of protection. 10 years ago, I would have loved to have them. I think they'd have been a godsend for addressing.
