I have found the Abena AbriFlex to be by far the most absorbent pull up underwear that I have ever tried. When I am particularly exhausted I use a booster pad, usually a Tranquillity brand Super Booster Pad, in the same way I usually do when I use the L3 (large size with level 3 absorbency). Even if I drink water late at night, even with total urinary incontinence, this will generally keep things dry for at least 12 hours. I stack two booster pads if I am likely to sleep even longer. You could also use extra-large booster pads that get inserted inside pull-up incontinence underwear if you need more protection than that. Some of these booster pads are so bulky that you might need a larger pull-up incontinence underwear size. As an alternative, you can wear incontinence briefs, which are worn like diapers on a child. There is a big difference between the level 3 absorbency of AbriForm briefs and the level 4 absorbency of their most absorbent pull-up incontinence underwear made by Abena. In general, this is true of pretty much any brief brand, although there are a couple that are a bit easier to put on than most. I would recommend Abena AbriFlex S3, M3, L3, or XL3 if you are incontinent and independent, unless you need a smaller or larger one. I have not used Youth or Bariatric pull ups, so I cannot recommend them.
Rather than being bulky and noticeable, some of the products designed exclusively for women have shorter absorbent areas in both the front and back so that they will not be visible when full if you are wearing tight fitting clothing. As a result, they sometimes cannot hold as much liquid. Some women might benefit from getting some of the ones that are designed more for women to have on hand for special occasions because they are often slightly less visible under slinky party clothing. However, they tend to absorb slightly less, so I wouldn't recommend them for 24/7 use.
Compared to Depends, this product would be a better fit There is a waistband on this item. *br> *br>This item is acceptable at Based on real life data, it does not match as well as Depends A good fit. When the sweat pants covering them are removed, the underwear slides to the bottom too easily. It depends on real-world events As long as they are not deliberately removed, fit stays on.
Compared to what I prefer, I find the leg openings to be a little loose. The elastic can be stretched snugly around the leg openings until there is a gap large enough for me to remove my underwear without taking my shoes off. They are most likely to leak if they are extremely full.
Selected User Reviews For Amazon Brand - Solimo Incontinence Underwear for Men and Women, Overnight Absorbency, Large, 14 Count, 1 Pack
Amazon is still my favorite place to shop, even though I buy a great deal from them. Whenever I review a product, I only do it if if it is really good and I want customers to know about it, or if the product has a lot of potential and I want to help the manufacturer reach their goals. Especially in this case, I want to help Amazon figure out how to make the right product. While the quality of the product is great and the price is reasonable, the price is still a bit high. Despite its name, this brand's area between the legs, which is supposed to hold pee, is narrow and not thick enough (just like every other brand). Consequently, it leaks out of the sides a lot, but the problem gets worse when the wearer is tall, over 100 pounds, and moves around a lot in the night. Tranquility Overnight Underwears leak the least, and when the pee is more than the normal amount, it leaks. I tried ten brands of underwear, and it is the only one that leaks less than the other brands. A major drawback of Tranquility is its price, as well as its inaccessibility and cost of shipping for certain It would be helpful for manufacturers to keep in mind that customers are buying these underwear to prevent the mess from happening, so attempting to reduce the cost in production and resulting in a product that doesn't achieve the desired goal would be no good either for the customer or for.
Despite efforts, liquids do not spread very well due to the formation of clumps in the "filling. " Since I'm trying to be honest, please excuse any overreaction. It is not always true that they will work for everyone because we are all built differently. However, I cannot wear these in public or wear them on anything that isn't waterproof. I would need a soak through pad to make them work, but I won't risk wearing them.
Perfect for those who like leaks and one testicle hanging out sticking to a I had high hopes for an Amazon product, but was.
Tranquility used to be a good product for us, however prices kept increasing and the treatment became quite expensive for my husband since he As the description states, it provides overnight absorption, but I have been disappointed in it and have done more laundry than I did Although I am not sure if this is truly a savings because I need to wash more laundry and so purchase more laundry additives, I will continue to use it. In addition to the Solimo, the price is going up, The price of a case I bought a couple of weeks ago was $10. The 75th birthday! They keep going up for no apparent reason. It costs $1 to purchase Tranquility right now. The prices will be as high as Tranquility at this rate.
We can also get these as part of the Amazon subscription service, which is very convenient.
This is not the kind of underwear you want if you prefer heavy underwear with leak guard.
I am pleased with the price! a wonderful way to stay in shape.
Since using these underwear he has experienced fewer incidents of leakage. It is more appealing to the eye to look at the depends product, though as underwear, the appearance isn't as important.
