I am 24 years old. This is amazing. I love it! My plan is to add them to my "postpartum" care package since I have read that the nylon, mesh panties they give in the hospital don't fit well. I will upload a size chart soon. In my last delivery, I used Depends size medium and my pants were a bit tight. My thought was it would be comfortable in a large or XL, then why not an XXL? In light of the fact that you might still have a belly for a few weeks after delivering, I figured they might be a bit loose. I couldn't find a size chart anywhere on the web page, so I ordered a size up anyway. Wow, wow, wow. I just wanted to let you know that XXL are a big deal. Massive, as if a parachute were being deployed. My 22 week bump fit over them with a lot of room to spare, though the diaper part on the bottom didn't fit well either (it was like I had a wedgie), so I don't know how well the diaper would hold liquids. There's a lot to like about this one and I gave it 3 stars Since the belly/waist section is super comfy, and maybe the diaper part would fit better if you got the proper size. I have included a picture of the size chart for those who might be interested. In general, it's a good product. Wearing this everyday can cause a rash to form from the waterproof elastic rubbing on the thigh crease, but otherwise it's quite comfortable and quite absorbent. Despite its horrible nature, this is a thing I have hardly seen before. However, it could be worse, and this product seems like the best way to combat it. Ladies, getting older is cruel.

Those without protection are not protected. This is awful. There is no truth to the description and claims made by this brand. I do not believe that these are completely There is absolutely no doubt that urine will dribble down your legs in every single case. To protect myself from incontinence, I added an additional pad. First of all, what is the point of buying it? A second problem is the size of the device. Other reviewers have mentioned that these are small. I absolutely agree with them. There are two sizes, XL and XXL, that are supposed to fit people between 200 and 240 pounds Weight not exceeding 300 pounds (waist no more than 60 inches). Even though I thought the XL would be too big (weighing 180#, waist 39"), it turned out to be much too small. I love it. Not at all! Despite being too small, they fit like a boy short. This is absurd. I will never do it There is no way I can recommend these.
