In need of something for anal discharge, I bought these and put them to the test. It seems to me that they are a good fit Due to their use between the cheeks and their incompatibility with normal underware. The thongs work for me, so I wear them with them. It took me a long time to find a solution to absorb my leaks, so I hope this can be of use to someone else.
