No, I don't believe it would fit someone with such a large waist. The elastic measures approximately 3 - 4 inches in length. I can fit into 4 inches folded over. More elastic could likely be pinned on. The bag does an excellent job of holding the containers in place and preventing them from pulling on the drains. Sorry, but I'm at a loss for words.

I like that I can wear this item with any shirt and that there is a separate shower pouch included. It's made everything a lot easier. This has been especially useful for me because I've had several surgeries. I would strongly suggest it!.
After they arrived, I was able to take a relaxing shower. They do tend to move while walking but 100% better than hospital Velcro straps and easy to sleep in than hospital Velcro straps and easy to sleep in than hospital V.
The ties are way too short; I'm not a huge person, but I was swollen a little and they didn't give me much room to tie comfortably. Furthermore, the ties are extremely thin, making it uncomfortable.
Showering was a breeze, and the little pink pockets came in handy on a daily basis. It turned out to be an excellent investment!.
I gave the pouch belt a five-star rating because it was well-made and more comfortable than the one I got from the doctor's office. br>I didn't use the shower pouch because the strings would have gone right over my incisions.
This is fantastic. I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. And this is extremely beneficial. It also came with a separate holder, a mesh to use while showering. I had two drains, and if you have more than two, there is more room.
The mesh pouch allowed me to bathe without having to use my hands, and it dried quickly. You won't have to use safety pins or plastic clips because the soft pouches gently hold your drains.
These things saved my life. I was able to wear regular shirts again, and no one knew I was still suffering from the drain when I returned to work.
