Questions & Answers

Is the adapter currently being shipped with the "Halo" clip or the two-prong clip? (Some applications will not work with the Halo clip)?

I get the two-prong clip when I buy these in a box of ten. One of the halo style bags, however, is included in the box of bags. Work on the Hollister 18402 bags in either of the two ways.

Is this adapter compatible with Hollister's bag 18013?

I’t say with 100% certainty because’t I’t I’t I can This adapter, on the other hand, is compatible with the 18402 pouch model. On all urostomy models, I assume the drain tube has the same diameter.

Nothing beats waking up to find your child surrounded by pee

Adapters are divided into two categories. The ones in Amazon's picture with the 'halo' are complete garbage. I mean, it's a horribly-written piece of work. a piece of machinery that has been meticulously designed The 'halo' breaks as soon as the adapter is removed from the osteomy bag, and it will not reconnect. There's nothing like waking up to find your child covered in pee because the POS adapter has failed. It's also impossible to reattach the halo. It's a device designed to break down. br>What you're looking for is Hollister's other type of adapter - and is pictured with the review in my photo. This one has clips on both sides and rotates independently. I didn't have to worry about them breaking because they didn't disconnect as soon as we got them, and they just stayed connected - even with a belly sleeper of 11 years. br>br>In all seriousness, if you receive the 'halo' version, return it and insist on the working version.

Instead, I was given a Garmin gps system. Given that it is the year 2020, I didn't think I needed a GPS.

Three pieces were missing from the package because it had been opened

Update: They replaced my box without hesitation. And I'm glad they're working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We like the product because it complements the ostomy bag well. br>br>I received the package open, with a torn bag inside, and three out of ten pieces were missing! This does not make me happy!.

They're simple to unhook (though some aren't), and they're also extremely difficult to locate. I should've guessed they'd be on Amazon. Thank you for a fantastic product at an excellent price.
