Although they are all the same, I am aware of three distinct types. ALOE- CLEANSING FOAM VESTA 1 WITH ALOE-VERA ALOE-VERA PERINEAL SKIN CLEANSER (in a spray bottle) and VESTA 1 PERINEAL SKIN CLEANSER (in a spray bottle). BODY WASH VESTA 1 SHAMPOO is a concentrated form of SHAMPOO. br>br>I'm a big fan of ALOE- BODY WASH VESTA 1 Concentrate of SHAMPOO. It can be used straight from the bottle for shower or tub bathing by squeezing a small amount onto a wash cloth. Because it's a concentrate, you can dilute it by adding 2 to 4 ounces to a gallon of warm water and using it to refill cleansing foam bottles or skin cleanser pump spray bottles for bed bathing and shampooing, as I do. My cost per 8 ounce bottle dropped to less than $3 thanks to the concentrated body wash. br>br>The foam or spray is ideal for camping when access to water is limited or inconvenient. Rinsing isn't necessary, so all you'll need is a clean cloth. I hope you have found this to be useful information. Later on. br>br> Green dog
It will last a month and a half to two months if you spray twice a day with two sprays. It takes a lot to get two good sprays.
Without foaming, this cleaner is quite effective. When sprayed from the pumping container, it produces a sudsy effect. It may be easier to spread if you foam it. I'm not sure if simply pouring it into their foaming bottle will suffice. However, you have nothing to lose by purchasing one of each and experimenting with it in the foaming container after you've used up all of the foaming material.
It was created with the perineal/rectal/genital area in mind. It is gentle on the skin and removes any clinging sticky matter. It has a light citrus scent that is both refreshing and energizing. When using bath wipes, squirt a small amount onto the cloth and wipe the patient clean. It does a fantastic job and can be used anywhere on the body, with the exception of the eyes, of course.

This Perineal/Skin Cleanser was created specifically for incontinence cleansing, and boy does it deliver! It comes in a large spray bottle with a very fresh scent. It's simple to use and, given what it's supposed to do, it's relatively gentle on the body. This is the second ConvaTec product I've used and reviewed, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. If the need for a perineal cleaner arises, use this product and you will not be disappointed with how well it cleans and dissolves what it was designed to do.
This cleanser is one of my favorites. It worked perfectly for refilling my foam bottle. I did not dilute it in any way. no need. It has a wonderful aroma as well. Thank you to the other reviewers who suggested that it be used in a foam bottle. I would never have thought of it, but it is a much less expensive option that appears to last longer. I'll be purchasing more of these in the future.
Without it, I wouldn't be able to function. This was passed down to me after my father's hospitalization many years ago. It has a variety of uses. br>br>Bedridden people should take a sponge bath (which should be thoroughly cleaned). br>br>Camping in the wilderness (cheat). br>br>While traveling, I was too tired to take a shower. Or if you're at home, you're just too tired! br>br>I prefer to use a damp washcloth before spraying. Rinse isn't necessary. br>br>Use a clean washcloth for each area of the body when dealing with a bedridden person.
" It had a strong, harsh chemical odor to it, similar to lemon Lysol, which I noticed right away. It wasn't unpleasant, but it wasn't what I expected from a body product. I used it once and, while it didn't burn on application, it left me with a chemical burn and a sore in my perineal area, as if it were eating away at my skin. Since then, I've been experiencing a lot of burning and itching. This does not appear to be ph balanced for the skin. If that's the case, there's something in it that's far too harsh to use. I'm wondering if I received a counterfeit product, and I intend to contact the manufacturer to find out what the issue is. In any case, this is something I will never use again.
His skin became red, bumpy, and burned when he first started using it. It smelled like windex or a house cleaner instead of the original hospital product.
Since my father, who was bedridden and required it for self-cleaning, died in 2010, I have been using it myself. It's what I use after a bowel movement to clean my hemorrhoids. It isn't as gentle as witch hazel or as healing, but it cleans well and leaves me feeling refreshed. I use it on some folded toilet paper and then dry myself with dry TP afterward. It's awkward to discuss, but it's extremely beneficial!.
I really like this product because it has a nice scent and a clean feel to it after wiping down your diaper area. It comes with a mild soap that does all the cleaning for you, and all you have to do is wipe it down or let it air dry. You won't have to wash it off afterward. br>I've been using this product for a long time and trust it. Because I don't get diaper rash when I use this Aloe Vesta, I'm guessing it has helped to prevent a lot of them.
There's no need to feel bad about flushing those "safe for flushing" wet wipes that are apparently clogging our sewage systems. In any case, this is a significantly less expensive option. It's just as easy. Before wiping, squirt some on the toilet paper. I keep a bottle in my bathroom, near the commode, and another at work, as well as a small bottle in my purse. This is something I started using a few years ago - I'd never return if I had the chance. This is an excellent solution. It really works.
