These were something I was really hoping would work. I've never had blisters on my feet before, but now I get them all the time when I go hiking or for long walks. Nothing I've tried so far has been successful. I bought these after hearing good things about moleskin. They don't stay on my foot, unfortunately. They'll stay put for the first few miles, but after mile three or four, I can feel them loosening and bunching up. It's a major annoyance. These may work for some people, but they don't seem to work for me.
The moleskin pads are the ideal cover for a sneaker, running shoe, or sandal because they conform to the shape of your feet and stay put. I even walk around barefoot in them. These pads are large enough to cut into different shapes and sizes, and they hold up better than a band-aid while providing the comfort of another skin. They allow me to comfortably walk and run.
He isn't used to the humidity in his current location. After learning about the marching and running he'd have to do, the first thing that came to mind was. . . blisters. I bought these items twice in case he needed them and in case he didn't, he could share them with his Platoon. When I received them, I immediately noticed that these bandaids are clearly a high-quality product, and even if he didn't require them, they might be useful to another recruit. They are something I would suggest.
The adhesive was too thin to stay in place for more than 10 minutes of walking. They began to roll up and became unusable while walking. When I rubbed the edges in to keep it from falling off, the moleskin felt started to come off, which was a little irritating. These were something I was hoping to enjoy. I was hoping they'd aid in the break-in of my Doc Marten sandals, but that didn't happen.
It's what I use on any hot spots on the bottom of my feet or on my big toe. The glue is the perfect consistency for staying attached to the skin while also being easy to remove. It would be great if they offered a double-padded option as well.
I like how they stay put when you want them to, but are easy to take off when you don't. I've tried other brands, such as Walmart's, and the sticky residue remains on your foot after you remove the pad. It's difficult to get rid of, collects hair and dirt, and ruins socks. This brand, on the other hand, is easy to remove and leaves no sticky residue!.
Despite the fact that the brace is covered in soft padded fabric, the skin on my chin and neck had become sensitive to the touch. I ordered this product after remembering how moleskin helped my feet years ago, and it has truly been a Godsend. I lined my brace at each of the critical spots, and it has greatly relieved the discomfort.
These were purchased to wrap around the toe thing on my wedged thong shoes, as the plastic between my toes was excruciating. It only took one layer of this thin, soft fabric to get the job done. In order to avoid blisters on my heels, I also wear dress shoes with bare feet. It is effective.
