Yes. It's silicone, so it won't absorb water... if it does get wet (bath/shower/etc. ), simply pat it dry with a towel.

This moleskin is a lot thinner than it appears in the picture! It won't give me the cushioning I require, but if you have a rubbing area, such as the instep of a shoe, this could be ideal.
I returned it because it wasn't what I had in mind. I was looking for mole skin for my husband's CPAP headgear straps, but it didn't turn out the way I had hoped. It was too thin and too soft.
The top of my foot is no longer rubbed off by my sandal. Thanks!.
My husband appreciates the flexibility of being able to cut off as small or large a piece as he requires. It does the job well and is reasonably priced.

The callus is loaded, but the toe area (also known as the 2nd metatarsal head by my foot doctor) is not raised to an uncomfortable height. When I'm on my feet, this relieves pressure (and pain) on my second toe, especially if I'm standing for long periods of time. br>br>The moleskin adheres well to my skin (the key is to round the corners); However, I can remove it when I no longer require it, and the moleskin does not harm my skin. br>br>Overall, this PriMed-funded research project is a success. When I want to reduce the pain of my callus, I prefer to use a brand of moleskin because I can customize the size to my comfort level, and it's a lot less expensive than buying pre-cut moleskin from the local drug store. cut for calluses, to say nothing of the fact that the pre- My small frame isn't suited to cut sizes. size of the feet.
Summary: My wife recently switched from running shoes to Luna running sandals, so I ordered this mole skin for her. The sandals are great in many ways, but she can't run more than 4 miles without getting small (but annoying) blisters on her foot in a couple of places. She can wear her sandals without getting blisters thanks to this soft, thin, and flexible moleskin. br>br>She likes the skin of this mole for a few reasons:
— soft 100% cotton
— roll for instead of precut provides versatility
