A total of three sheets are included. You can cut to size; Cvs sells their own brand, which is less expensive and less thick and soft.

My bunion is padded with moleskin. I decided to try it after reading that it was "thicker" than other moleskin. br>When I opened the package and compared it to other moleskin purchases I had on hand, I discovered that they are nearly identical. Because of this, as well as the higher price, I will not be buying it again. Please take note of the following: This is not a bad product; it simply costs more than similar products of comparable quality.

Because of the poor adhesion, use sports tape instead

It provides a lot of padding. The adhesive, on the other hand, is far from perfect. It'll only be good for a day or two. So I went out and bought some sports tape, which I use to secure the mole skin so it doesn't fall off during the day. The two together are a winning combination.

Choose a brand name

Hubby is a cheapskate, so he bought a different brand of this, and we both got frustrated trying to remove the pads. This isn't an issue with the Dr. Schools. Is it possible that this will help him get better?.

Yes, it's thin, but it gets the job done without causing my shoes to become too tight. I've cut them to fit many of my shoes in tight spots that were bothering me, and I wish I'd had one years ago!.
