Questions & Answers

Is this the type that is 1/8" thick?

That appears to be the case.

Which of the products is the thickest?

The 4 5/8 inch thickness is the thickest, according to the measurements.

So each package comes with three pads measuring 4 4/8 x 3 3/8?

Yes, each package contains three pads measuring 4 4/8 x 3 3/8 inches, for a total of eight packages. This is an excellent deal.

What is the best way to use a moleskin pad?

I've been purchasing this item for a long time. Thicker moleskin is preferable to thinner moleskin. When ordering, make sure to double-check the measurements to ensure you get the thicker one. They are primarily used by our family to treat foot issues. When I walk a lot, I put them across the ball of my foot, and it seems to help cushion that area. Cut a strip 3' wide by the width of a foot long. Basically, all you have to do is apply the sticky side to your skin. This type of adhesion has the advantage of staying put. The drawback is that it adheres to the skin. Soaking them in warm water or soapy water at the end of the day is the best way to get rid of it. Allow the adhesive to become moist and then slowly remove it, whether it's on your feet, hands, or other areas. I'd just pulled them off and taken skin with them, which is why soaking for a few minutes was suggested. I've also used them to prevent rubbing against shoes on the sides of my toes.

Selected User Reviews For Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Plus 4 5/8-Inch X 3 3/8 Inch Padding, 3-Count Packages (Pack of 8)

Yes, they're slim, which is exactly what I was looking for
5/5

The product arrived in excellent condition, with three moleskin packages that had not been opened. I put them to use in an unusual way: I recently purchased a large aluminum wheel for my pet rats to run around in, but the surface was too slick for their feet to grip. I considered gluing felt to the running surface, but then remembered that I had used this product on hikes and decided that it would be better because the adhesive would not damage the wheel like glue would. I used moleskin to line the wheel's inner track, trimming it as necessary, and it worked perfectly! The rats now enjoy running in their "carpeted" wheel because it provides traction. There are numerous other applications for this product if you think outside the box!.

MOLESKIN vs MOLESKIN vs MOLESKIN vs MOLES MOLEFOAM is a type of foam that is used to create a variety of different products MoleSKIN is the name of the character on the left
5/5

I cut the moleskin pads into small pieces because I like them. I'm a runner (race 4-). 5 times a week) and put four small pieces over my big toes (every time I go for a run) to avoid blisters! I can't tell you how many times this has prevented blisters and callus formation on my skin. It works! TIP: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative" and "paraphrase. " When deciding between MOLESKIN and MOLESKIN vs. MOLESKIN vs. MOLESKIN, be cautious. MOLEFOAM is a type of foam that is used to create a variety of MoleFoam is significantly thicker than Moleskin. The Moleskin is my favorite because it feels like a second skin, whereas the MoleFoam is thick and padded.

These pads work better than a large bandaid to protect a sensitive spot such as a bruise or area that is not an open wound
5/5

br>br>Great price and pad for spot your sock or garment rubs. You don't want it to turn into one, do you? from a location where your shoe, elastic sock, strap, or any other part of your garment rubs against you frequently. These self-adhesive moleskin pads/patches provide a layer of protection and remain in place until they are removed. are fairly water resistant. They are very easy and convenient to use, do a better job of protecting from rubbing and chafing, and feel more comfortable in the process than the adhesive tape part of a bandaid; they are very easy and convenient to use, do a better job of protecting from rubbing and chafing, and are easier on sensitive skin than the adhesive tape part of a bandaid; they are very easy and handy to use, and do a better job of protecting from rubbing br>br>I wear thick, elastic prescription socks that rub and dig at the top front of my foot, where the ankle bends and the socks crease as you walk. I looked all over our neighborhood for these pads because I thought they'd be better than the large bandaids I'd been putting on (and ripping off) for protection. This is an improvement. I was delighted to discover a single package of three pads for $5 at Walgreens. I looked on Amazon for more and came across a pack of eight of these packages for under $25. br>br>The size and amount of padding are ideal for a variety of situations where something is rubbing, such as protecting a bruise or a healing but no longer open sore. These provide excellent protection whether you replace them frequently for long-term use or only until the spot no longer requires them. And, as I previously stated, the adhesive backing is functional, but the pads are much easier to remove and are gentler on the skin. br>br>It's a good idea to suggest them.

CAUTION: STICKY STICKY STICKY STICKY STICKY STICKY STICKY STICK This was primarily purchased as a less expensive alternative to the expensive store-bought no-name brand
3/5

br>Pros: This is a great low-cost alternative to buying individual packs for $5 each.
Cons: This product appears to be much stickier than the generic brand I usually purchase at Walgreens. Even after a week, it is much more difficult to remove from your foot. I don't like the idea of having to peel this stuff off my foot. br>br>I will not be purchasing this mult-pack again and will instead return to Walgreens to purchase the generic version, which is easier to remove.

I didn't think any product could make your feet feel more comfortable in shoes, but I was wrong
5/5

When I wear shoes, my little toes on both feet become irritated. I have had NO PROBLEMS since I discovered this product, and my shoes are extremely comfortable throughout the day. Who'd have guessed that a small pad could have such an impact? My store no longer carries Dr. Scholl's products and only sells generic versions. The quality of the work was noticeably different. Dr. Scholl's was finally available on Amazon, and I purchased a large quantity!.

It stays put and performs admirably
5/5

On our multi-week backpacking trip, these proved to be very useful. They stayed put on the site that needed to be guarded, which greatly reduced friction. A sharp knife will be required to cut the size and shape you require. These were far superior to the brand I usually purchase. This is the brand I'll be buying from now on because they last longer.
