This is not a good buy. They changed the formula of the product and it no longer worked. The fact that the formula had been changed when I purchased the item this time around was unknown to me, and I wasn't aware of any changes made. Zanfel has a little yellow sticker now to indicate that it no longer contains an abrasive and that it consists of wax crystals instead, which is ineffective and feels like rubbing butter on your skin. I had no idea how the former formula worked, and the product saved my life. One was in each of my vehicles, as well as in all the bathrooms at home. Sadly, there was little to no change in the rash when I used this product this time. It is losing 80% of its effectiveness since the formula changed and I do not think it is worth almost $40 for such a small tube.
