For my son's eczema, I bought this since I don't like putting cortisone constantly on his skin and that is the only thing that works to keep it from getting worse. Other people have told me it works well for baby eczema, so I bought it based on their recommendations. As far as I can tell, it works okay. That helps me avoid having to put cortisone back on her for a little while before having to give her more. The ingredients in this product are great. It contains some good ingredients for irritated skin and I did not see any weird crazy chemicals that aren't necessary for the product. Almost any spot of dry skin or itchy scratchy skin my family has can be treated with this product. As a staple in our medicine cabinet, it is something I will continue to use. In my book, any product that is both natural and simple gets an A. My child's eczema was upsetting me, so I gave this product 4 stars only because I hoped that the miracle product would completely eliminate it. All of the ingredients are safe to use on baby skin, I found out by researching them. It will help bring her skin back to health between applications of cortisone.
