That's something I'm not sure about. Since I have long fingers, I chose large, and it worked out perfectly In addition, if you have any bandages on your hands you should take that into account.

It is a soft and comfortable fabric, so you can wear it or sleep in it for hours. These gloves are not as large as they are advertised in all of the reviews. The glove I wear is size 7 1/2, as I have long fingers. Upon receiving it, I found "Gabriella Wedding Gloves - New" instead. The XL size. As a result of using them one night so far, I can report that the material seems very thin, and the XL size is just a little too small. My size is XL for women, so it's probably because they sent me the XL. As long as they can do the work that I need, there's no need to return them. There is no place near me where I'm able to buy something like this right off the shelf. In most places, non-men assume that they don't get dry, cracked hands, which is why some place suggest using something like this (instead of socks) for moisturizing overnight.
It does what it is supposed to do. It would be better if the size were extended It seems like a L rather than an XL.
