For the price, 2 sutures seemed like a lot! And of course 2 small thin pads and 2 alcohol pads! My order should have been read before I placed it.

There is also a larger issue to be addressed. The adhesion has not yet been tested. In addition to the safety razor in my kit, I have included a razor to remove any hair that might interfere.

I don't recommend this item for skin that is too tight

The glue sticks well, but it does not work if your skin is too tight. If you try to tighten your skin with your hands, you will have a difficult time getting your skin together. This means that Band Aids will tighten better and you can maneuver them more easily.

First aid kit needs to be carried at all times

For a first aid kit, something better than butterfly bandages was needed. According to the details on the product, it seems to fulfill my needs. I have no doubt that adhesive will hold a wound closed for a long time. This product comes with gauze and alcohol wipes that are easy to use.

The work is good

I found that these are effective and adhere well to both sides of the wound. I was able to have the wound treated so I could return to work while saving me a couple hundred dollars in ER expenses.
