It's a cooling spray that turns into a powder when it contacts the skin. I've used it and it doesn't turn to ice. It's cold at first and then turns to powder as it contacts the skin. In order to make 'powder' come out of a spray can, we are sure that a process is used to make this cold sensation.
This part of the body is not the one I have tried it on. In the same way that it works well for jock itch, another moist area of the body, it should work for underarm itch, since it is also a place that sweats a lot.

Nothing has ever controlled the itching and the redness took forever to disappear. I have tried powders, anti-itch creams for women, but nothing worked. Read lots of reviews on this spray and its more expensive competitors, so I decided to give it a try. It's amazing how well it works. I was skeptical, but I'm glad I tried it. My rashes cleared up in two days, the itching subsided, and I didn't have to apply slimy cream. I used this spray on an infected area for the first few times and it stung like crazy. It probably took me five minutes or so. I noticed that the less infected the area was, and the more often I used it, the less it stings. I am not experiencing any inflammation at this point, however, I continue to use the spray twice a day to prevent infection in the future. There is no pain involved in this process, and it only takes a few minutes to clean, dry, and then spray the skin. It's easy to spray upside down when the can is upside down. I don't find that this product will leave any powdery residue behind and it doesn't smell in the least. It is definitely something I will continue to use going forward.

I got this for athlete's foot since I could not get by with the cream. We enjoyed the fact that it was cheap and easy to apply, as well as that it took care of the foot smell as soon as it was applied. Every once in a while, I will keep using it to keep it.
