The water they use is the purest and has Benzalkonium Chloride. It is fantastic. I was very wet when I used it and they did a good Because they are not small like an alcohol wipe, that's a good thing.

As soon as I got my helix pierced, I used the usual saline sprays from chain drugs Several of these wipes were provided to me by my piercer, and I used them for a short period, but eventually returned I then developed a pretty aggressive bump on my piercing just a week after getting it done. When I used these patches for 2 days, I felt like the bump never happened after the piercing had healed. The tenderness I'd previously felt between the new piercing and the bump had reduced by about 80% when I used these patches. As it turned out, I used these patches in the first two weeks after my nostril piercing and it healed nicely. I think there must be something about these patches that lend themselves to healing. It could be the addition of Benzalkonium Chloride (the saline spray literally had only the same first two ingredients) or also the fact that these are sealed packages which makes them even more sterile for As a result of my initial 2 boxes, I ended up ordering 3 more. You can clean your area twice daily and have these last just under two weeks if you use 24 packets in each box. Since I started using this stuff, I cannot do without it.
