The first good thing to know is that both 70% and 91% of germs and viruses are killed the same way. It takes at least two minutes for the 70 % of ice to sit on the surface prior to wiping it off. My wife and I received the packages and were very pleased with the way the bottles of alcohol were packaged. I had no trouble opening the bottle because it had a tamper-resistant seal. It is the scent of the product that I noticed was a little weaker than the other 91% alcohol I've purchased previously. The strong scent of alcohol is my favorite, but if you prefer the weaker scent, then you'll like this. Although the product does not work perfectly, I still gave it a very high rating. As far as my skin is concerned, I have only used it once. Considering my love of using alcohol as a cleaning solution, I will buy 100% alcohol in the near future.
