lately, I have been exercising, so this kit is perfect to make sure I stay fresh for a few hours before and after working out. In addition to the spray I keep a few cloths in my gym bag, and I also have some in my purse. The spray or cloth does not irritate my skin or cause a reaction. In general, the product is great.
