The reason they are not is due to two factors. 2) To be flushable wipes have to be so thin and you can poke your finger right through them in order to be flushable. 3) Even flushable wipes end up in our oceans, do not flush any type of wipe. overjoyed when I saw these, they are just darling, in addition to being a cute gift for your girlfriends (if you have the kind of girlfriends who all get along) they also work great as pens. Their scent is refreshing, but not perfume-like. They are the perfect solution to take care of exactly what they say they are going to take care of. The next time I order, I will definitely do it.
