The tampons surprised me with how much I enjoyed using them. My period essentials have been switched over to organic or cotton, so I had the chance to test these out. They do a good job for that part of my cycle, but I think the absorption amount is a bit low for the label size (super feels like a regular, regular feels like a light). The super plus sounds exciting. I'll give it a try next time. Considering how organic and cotton they are, the container is super cute, and it's a great deal for what you get. string is really quite thin, so the biggest downside is that it's quite fragile. The old Tampax type one with the thick string is familiar to me, and I can find it easily on a search engine. There are many folds in this string, making it very hard to find quickly. Also, it doesn't cause any itching where the string sits, which I sometimes experience with another brand, so I am okay with that.

The problem is that they do not absorb well and, as a result, don't wick away moisture well. It does not feel like I have them in once I slide them in. There is no way to detect them. I was 100% wrong, but I am very happy to announce that. Protection is super great and they're extremely comfortable to wear. I really like this wrapper because you can tear it easily across the top, which makes opening the wrapper a breeze. However, it isn't perforated or anything. Like I said, it still rips cleanly away from my hand I prefer the quality of this product over the other brands where you have to rip through the side. All in all, this is a great product.

Prior to these I had tried naturcare's unbleached health store brand, but they were a notable failure both for comfort and functionality. I switched to these from the Cora brand (which I had tried for a year). Like nothing I have ever experienced before in my life It was only after learning they are made with bleached cotton that I learned they are made with. Although Cora was close, it wasn't quite, and I had to make a few more changes, and they leak a little Since I have been using these for a few months, I have found them to have great fit and absorbency over Cora. I have had fewer changes, less leaks. It has always been a difficult experience for me to have menstrual cycles, but along with using this particular brand, I feel as though my cycle has changed significantly. Traditional store tampons are not as comfortable and they add an odor (even if not completely unpleasant). There's a night and day difference! It would have been great if this option was available to me at the age of I will be able to offer my daughter something better going forward.
