You need not bother trying to. Nothing works here. there's just water in a few harmless ingredients that is ineffective. I really do not smell anything. Your skin will suffer a second wash after your shower if you wait a second time. Keep your daily schedule at the gym by drinking something like FDS. free. No more than 1 pass on each panty liner. This is all that's required.
