My dry eye is chronic, so I have tried a variety of types and brands of eye drops. I would say this is one of the thinnest preparations I have ever used - it is truly one of the thinnest preparations I have ever used. It might be useful to describe nano droplets as nanodroplets. The hydrating properties of these tubes stand out to me because their "thin" construction allows them to get into every nook and cranny of my eyelids, and they do not obstruct my vision for more That is really a big positive, as I have had lots of negative experience trying to get high over the years My eyeball needs to be fully covered with viscosity drops.

There is a lack of proper lipids in my eye, causing it to be dry. As recommended by my opthamologist, I've been using Systane Balance (but it didn't last very long) and it didn't help with the itching as much.
