Questions & Answers

In a nutshell, how are refreshe tears and refresh optive advance different?

Although both products come in vials and don't contain any preservatives, the Advanced version is lubricated to soothe the eyes more.

It seems that even after putting two drops in each eye, there is so much excess medicine left in the single use vials that I have to throw it away?

Many Optometrists I spoke with said the bottles can be kept for a longer period of time than the labels suggest. You just have to take care not to touch the dropper to your The drops are used less frequently than I would like, so I have changed them to single use, just to be sure, and can be kept in multiple locations to make the solution convenient to use.

Will one vial be enough to take care of all three of my eyes if I happen to develop a third eye through evolution?

I love it. I love it so much. I agree, we need to open up the 3rd

What kind of solution do you have in mind? No, the solution does not have a ?

This is what I asked the company over the phone. Among the drops I have found, this is the only one with the ingredients listed and I believe it is what the product is made of that makes it dairy. The formula contains castor oil and Polysorbate 80 to preserve it. The company informed me that the color and opacity of the Plus version of their eye drops alarmed me. Having expressed this concern to them, I suggested they put a note on their packaging to make sure others would have the same concerns. I wish you all the best!

The difference between Refresh Plus and Refresh
3/5

Since I have been using refresh plus for years and have been satisfied with its effects, I wanted to try something new. this, I thought I would take a chance and give it a try since it was "triple action. ". My opinion is that it was not a good choice. For about 20 minutes, it burned my eyes, and I had a film on them. I decided to rinse them with a bottle of It is still foggy and tired in my eyes as I write this. It is my hope that this will improve Despite the fact that it may work for others, this did not work for me because I have very dry eyes. Rather than rely on modified versions, I'll go back to the originals. Isn't it true that we learn from our mistakes?.

It is normal to see clouds or beige
5/5

This is a great set of I like these drops because they make my eyes red at first, but they soon clear up and I am more protected from external factors like dryness, wind, fumes, etc. I recommend them. I would like to draw your attention to the following. On a recent phone call with the company, I confirmed this. The drops appear cloudy and a bit beige. This is normal for the ingredients in these drops. As far as the drops are concerned, they are not harmful. This product has been instrumental to my recovery from a bad exacerbation of acute dry eye, and I am confident that it has played a major role in my recovery.

Taking this medication can be dangerous
3/5

I'm glad I only used it in ONE eye, as it started to burn the moment I applied one drop. For me, it isn't working! I noticed that the liquid inside the vile had a very light brown tint when I held it up to the light. When I initially saw all the shades of the product, I thought maybe one was a bad apple in the bunch, but to my relief, they were all the same shade so I knew the product was supposed to have a slight tint. I've used a variety of dry eye drops in the past, and they have all been clear. The tail between my legs, as it were, will lead me back to my tried and true brand.

Suitable for dry eye patients with severe symptoms
5/5

I find these to be the perfect solution for my dry eyes. The regular advance eye drops in the bottle were still bothering my eyes, even when I used them in the morning. After thinking about it for a long time, I finally went to get the "single use" vials. told me I can cap it and use it the next day, so I usually use one vial in two days when I use one within 24 hours, then throw it away the next morning. With these, as well as a daily heated eye mask treatment, I have noticed great results.

If you forget the name of the product at the store, follow your doctor's recommendation first
5/5

My doctor recommended Refresh Optive Advanced Lubricant Eye Drops, but I couldn't find them at the store since I kept forgetting which one to buy. I had the sample bottle at home and had too many choices when I went shopping. After managing to figure out which one to purchase, I realized Optive Advanced were by far a better choice. The first drop of Optive Advanced caused my eyes to feel a little blurry, but after use they feel much better and less dry and itchy. I will never go back to my previous drops after using the new ones for a month. My eyes are almost as good as they were. My usage of drops has decreased since I started using them. I have been using less and feeling better since I have been using these. They are pricier than my other drops, but since I am using less, I am happy with them. I'm happy that Refresh Optive Advanced exists!.

Here's a tip A few vials of these can be stored in the fridge for additional soothing benefit! I was advised to do this by my surgeon.

They do work a little better than normal drops, but not as well
3/5

If you want to use drops, use the regular drops rather than the advanced drops. While this did work, it didn't work as well as the regular drops that you can buy at big box stores or online, and it was more expensive. If you need to treat your dry eyes or irritated eyes, try eye gel as that will really heal them down. Since the gel slightly blurs your vision for a short period, it's not recommended to wear one at work or when driving or performing other tasks that require doesn't blur my vision too much, I think I can take care of a baby or cook while I have the gel in, but others may have a different experience and it's best to be careful until you're used to using it over night when sleeping. "G" is the first letter of the eye gel I use. In a tube, but since it is so little that you only need a drop in each eye at the very most and don't have to use it constantly, it lasts a long time. Never touch your eye with the tip, since bacteria will be less likely to accumulate there. It's been a few months since I got mine, and it's still working fine.

An allergic condition that leads to dry eyes
5/5

In the past two years I have used a prescription eye drop twice daily to treat Dry Eye Syndrome, but the results have never satisfied me. The flare ups would still last the next day, making my eyes feel gritty, tearing, red, and can last for several months. My final experiment entailed several OTC eye drops for dry eye but I opted for Refresh Optive and Refresh Optive Advanced because I had read they provided better, longer lubrication. After there were some drops applied, I noticed some mild burning immediately after. (Hair dye, certain shampoos, makeup) I have a number of allergies. The box of the ampules that state that they contain no preservatives is what recently convinced me to switch. The good news is there is no burning! In each ampule, I can give my husband and myself enough drops to last us for several weeks. In spite of the fact that he has never experienced the burning sensation with the previous Refresh, he has stated that these are "better than before. ". It won't hurt to give them a shot, even if the drops you currently use aren't causing any problems. Put an end to the burning and dryness of your eyes!.
