There are times when it doesn't work, how do I fix it? The battery has also been changed and the problem persists! Honestly, I'm very upset about this. I need a new one right now or a refund.

Although the concept is great, some functions are not available

I have a hard time using the lancet. The lancet blows it up, I think. My phone is synced with my computer, which I find cool. My old one was much easier to use, but this one was not as convenient. It came from the same company and had a light in front of the reader. These devices are easier to use than the lancet and reader. It would be wonderful if the light could be restored.

The worst meter I have ever seen

A single strip of test strip costs a pretty penny and you'll probably have to go through multiple strips at a time. I called Onetouch and managed to get someone from India who couldn't speak English very well. I am at my wit's end with this piece of crap from China!.
