My previous experience on a keto diet has taught me to monitor my keto levels to keep me on track and to adjust my diet to avoid foods that cause me to cross the line. There is a range of 1 to 2 on the website of the company when it comes to ketosis, but that really is misleading. This doesn't seem very realistic to me. It seems to me that this is the case. It is more realistic to expect a ratio between 5 to 1.

The strips do not match the data accurately

Since the strips I got (with no logo) were actually accurate with 1, I cannot tell whether this is unusual. It's not the machine, it's these strips. I'm not sure if I can return it. I didn't think it was broken, so I didn't think it was broken. A real pain in the a**.

I've made an error on the second set of strips. On the first set of readings I had with the machine, there was a value Since I started eating a healthier diet for the past 13 days, and since I took exogenous ketones as well, my blood tests have been coming down. After checking all the readings back to back, the readings range from 0 to 20 There have been times when there have been 3. As I am taking exogenous ketones and have done the keto diet for over a month now, the strips must be inaccurate considering I get a zero for a reading. In my urine, I just checked the ketone level, and it was 2. 2 There are no ketones in my blood, and I have zero blood ketone levels! The last couple of times I tried to get an accurate reading, I wasted over 25 strips. It's getting expensive when I have to spend over $1 per strip!.

One dollar. Can I get a strip for 00? The cost of one test strip is too high. One dollar. It's too much to charge $00 per person.

I've used the monitor and strips for about two years now and have never had a problem unless I do something wrong, such as adding blood before the machine is ready for it. Both ketones and blood sugars can be measured by the other brands. KetoBM, you need to step up your game!.

The fact that it takes three strips to obtain a solid reading is disappointing

The strips don't seem to be working or the meter is working improperly. I get different readings the first two times and have to do a third. That adds up to a dollar per strip pretty.
