They're not the same kind of strip. Buying the One Touch Ultra and these strips together will save you money. Even if your insurance won't pay for them. With these strips and the One Step Ultra 2, your monthly out-of-pocket expenses will be lower.
I use the same glucometer and had my bloodwork done at the hospital just a few days ago. There was a 23-point difference when I took a sample with my genultimate stip. My plan is to try a different brand of strip to see if it's the strips or the meter that's causing the problem. Sorry if this doesn't answer your question, but you're not the only one who finds the readings inaccurate.
I believe it will be successful.
They are not manufactured in the United States, but rather in South Korea.
Selected User Reviews For Genultimate Test Strips, Number One Rated Generic, for Use with One Touch Ultra Meter, 100 Count with Generic 100 Lancets
I already had a One Touch meter, but I needed some cheaper test strips, so I came across these. They worked well at first. There are no problems, but something has happened. The stips failed to detect any blood. The message "One Touch Error 5" appeared on my screen. I assumed the meter was defective, so I purchased a replacement, but the problem persisted. I gave up on getting a blood reading the other day after seven attempts. The house looked like a slaughterhouse because there was so much blood all over it. So I threw out all of the strips and the new One Touch meter and invested in a GlucoGork meter system. It works fine (for the time being), and the strips are still reasonably priced.
These are for use with my OneTouch UltraMini reader, which I purchased. C03br>br>Because I had eaten popcorn earlier, I expected my levels to be elevated. br>br>Examinations all over:
1: This strip was used at 30 a. m. 103
1: Using OneTouch Ultra at 3 a. m. - 176
1: This strip will be used again at 36 a. m. 138br>br>Unfortunately, I used my last one touch strip tot est, but I'd say these are at least 50 points lower than the original test strips that came with my device. Of course, these are just numbers, so test with your original strips to be sure you understand your results!.
I was a little hesitant to try them because they weren't a well-known brand. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they worked perfectly with Ultra Touch. The numbers on their test strips and those on the Ultra Toych brand were identical. Don't worry about bad readings if you save some money.
What an incredible bargain. The cost of test strips at the pharmacy is prohibitive even with insurance. These are simple to use, accurate, and cost a lot less. I would recommend this product to others who, like me, require the use of test strips.
They get four stars instead of five because their value is sometimes 'off'; However, ALL strip brands have an error margin of 2015% percentage percentage percentage percentage percentage percentage percentage percentage per Having said that, these are our favorites.
There may be a few in the box that do not register on the meter, but that is not a problem.
The price was appealing, and after calibration, the reading on my One Touch Mini averaged 20 points higher than One Touch. This is what I've found to be effective.
