Those are the items that I always have on hand. I have a lot of them when it comes to shoes. They were recommended to me by my physical therapist. I'm a size 8, so I went with the women's size 8. After a period of time, you may be able to raise the insert if you have become comfortable with the 7 steps.

On me, a size 9 is a women's size. This receives a medium rating from me. Is it okay if I order a size down from the recommended size?

Is it possible that the 7-step inserts will fit inside?

To be honest, I'm not sure what's going on here. Sizes in the small inserts range from 4 to 7, with 7 being the largest; however, the hole they go into may be too small to accommodate them.

Check to see if you're on track. This has never been seen before in the history of the world. All you have to do now is follow the steps and you'll be fine. My chiro doctor told me about them when I began using them, and since I began using them, my foot problems have reduced by 95% since I began using them. I've been wearing them for four months now.
