It's critical that they fit the shoe or foot you're wearing them on. If your shoe size falls within the recommended range, you can wear it.
Those are the items that I always have on hand. I have a lot of them when it comes to shoes. They were recommended to me by my physical therapist. I'm a size 8, so I went with the women's size 8. After a period of time, you may be able to raise the insert if you have become comfortable with the 7 steps.
A small product would typically be rated between a 9 and a 10 on a scale of one to ten. It's the best-selling therapy and barefoot science product for women.

I've tried over ten different brands to relieve my plantar fasciitis pain over the last year. As a result, I wear these on a daily basis and they are the most effective.
This is a book that I strongly recommend.
Check to see if you're on track. This has never been seen before in the history of the world. All you have to do now is follow the steps and you'll be fine. My chiro doctor told me about them when I began using them, and since I began using them, my foot problems have reduced by 95% since I began using them. I've been wearing them for four months now.
I bought a pair of these about 15 years ago, and my strides had improved to the point where they didn't hurt my back. It's a relief to finally be able to move forward after years of searching for replacements; it's worth ordering one more pair just to have a spare.
It helped me a lot with my plantar fasciitis.
I couldn't wear them because they were too tight.
