My only wish is that this bag had a handle, but other than that, it is perfect for me. Every item you might want to transport securely and insulated can be accommodated in its compartments. The items for a glucometer are kept in the top compartment with some items for a low blood sugar. There are multiple insulin pens, needles, syringes and other items in the bottom compartment. Several of the pens and needles can be placed in a removable sleeve if I should not want to carry the body of the bag (which is not large), since I might have to use the.

Despite loving it, it's a bit strange

Just received it yesterday, and so far I am very happy with it. There is one component of the design that accounts for 4 stars. This is not intended to hold the small ones for insulin pens. It is designed to hold syringes. Since the syringes were visible, I put them where I could see them, but it was difficult for me to remove one. Hopefully, I will be able to test the effectiveness of ice packs on this weekend when I'm on vacation.

Exactly what I was looking for
