So. wow. Just wow. This is an entirely new world for me, and I'm grateful to have discovered it! I'm experimenting with a variety of cell salts on their own as well as using this complex of all 12 together. I'm so impressed that it makes me irritated that we don't hear about it more often! I can take a few of these in the middle of a long rehearsal and instantly feel more energized and focused! I'll be sure to update this as I go along with these to include any additional results. I'm looking forward to seeing how my body changes in six months. When using cell salts, I believe it is critical to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet. However, we are all aware of this.
