Using this brand, you are using a great remedy. The reason I bought Cina is because I read that it helps with teeth grinding (bruxism). However it did not help me with this issue (yet), but I have noticed improvements in my health since using it. There is no doubt that homeopathic remedies do work, you just have to find the right remedies and formulas (doses) for yourself.

Every product I've ever used from them has provided me with results. Children who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep will benefit from this.
