In spite of the fact they don't stop cramps, these pills greatly reduce the length and severity. I first picked these up at Rite Aid they didn't work at first. My cramps would last up to 45 minutes before they started to ease up. Depending on how long the Arnicare tablets are taken, they could last four months It takes just 5 minutes for the cramping to lessen. In my experience, these tablets work together with Hyland's under the tongue dissolving tablets, and for the first time ever, I can say I have actually discovered.
