A week before he underwent hernia surgery, my husband was prescribed these as part of the care his doctor recommended. After the surgery, he continued to use the medications. Using three pellets under his tongue three times a day, he had to take 5. Although I don't know if this was because of the Arnica Pellets, he said he didn't need the other pain medication that had been prescribed. A cream containing Arnica has also been used by him.

My thoughts on this product are that it does significantly reduce postoperative discomfort and bruising. The package I just received is very disappointing. There were supposed to be three capsules of Arnica in the package, but there were only two. As I see from other reviews, I am not the only purchaser who has experienced this. This is very disappointing as there is no place when I review my order where I can contact the seller to request either the 3rd capsule or a reduction in the price. I still recommend the medicine but.
