It has some effect but is hard to get out the balls

This is a good product, but the packaging was absolutely horrific. I'm deducting two stars. Sometimes I need more than ten minutes to get the balls out of the hole because it is so poorly designed. The frustration is unbearable. There shouldn't be any difficulty with this. As far as I can tell, this is my second time ordering this product and I was convinced that I had just gotten The problem is that they are all defective. It's just as bad, if not worse, in the second one. It's a lot more complex than it needs to be, why? Is there a reason why it can't just be a tube like any other? I am impressed with the fact that it is vegan, and I do think it helps me, but I will shop elsewhere next time.
