The oil is one of my favorites for a number of reasons. To relieve indigestion or a sore throat, place on the tongue. Put it on whatever kind of pain you have. When you have a stuffy nose, this will clear it out. The oil I use when I get sick is my favorite. Do you have burns on your fingers? An injury will be less painful if it is burned with it. Don't apply it to a wound that is open. It doesn't need to be a book.

Using this topically for headache relief has been a long-lasting relief for years. Aside from being safe, effective, and smelling good, it is also very cheap. I was able to buy the book on Amazon instead of my local bookstore because it was no longer available. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and from the top of my head!.
