Having said that, when I removed the links so that the bracelet would fit my wife's wrist, the copper coating around the links chipped off, no matter how carefully I removed them. An email was sent to me by the seller. I offered to replace my old one. I removed the links to accommodate sizing, but my wife really liked this style and looks. I just chipped in the area where the links were removed. Copper is not turning green as is the case with some coppers. I am changing my review to a positive one since the seller replaced the item.
