There is no better light to use than this. Once you use it for the first time, you will notice the change in your mood and may even have a slight boost in your cognitive functioning soon afterwards if you have been dealing with seasonal depression. It was one of the best days I'd had in a long time to have this light shining on your face for 30 minutes while shirtless and reading a book facing straight ahead with the light pointed downward near your eyes and no more than 8 inches away from your eyes. There are people who claim that the light is "too big," but they are not knowledgeable about how light therapy works. The light has to have a certain length to be able to be angled, or else it is much more difficult to achieve the desired effects.

Because of the small size of the base, it doesn't take a lot of room on my desk, but is still sturdy and stable. My favorite feature is that I can adjust the lamp's height and angle according to my needs. My concern before purchasing the lamp was that the brightness would be a problem. However, when it is set at the therapeutic level of brightness, it is quite comfortable. When not being used as a therapy lamp, the brightness can also be adjusted, so it can also be used as a regular desk It is also nice to have a phone charger and a USB port. I suppose it would be more useful if there were a timer built into it, but I have my phone to use for that, so I'm not bothered by that. It is definitely a lamp that I would recommend.

I have also owned other happy lights, but they did not perform Researchers have found it is better to have a light shining above you, just like the sun does. The one in question does just It has a very modern look to it! In addition to being a lamp, you can also use it as a torch. liked that it did not get hot like my other two lights and that it had LED lights, so I have never had to buy replacement bulbs. That it works really well is my favorite thing about it! As a result of the Michigan winters, I feel more energized, I am not depressed anymore, and I have no trouble falling and staying asleep any longer. Because the USB outlet on the back doesn't work to charge my phone and my phone is too old to use the Qi charging port, I gave it 4 stars. It's too good for me to send it back with no charge just because it doesn't work. If you use a sun filtering lens coating for your glasses, don't wear them while using them. This is a tip I learned and would like to share with you. You will not receive any benefit from this device since it mimics sunlight. While I sit under a sun shade, I just use my reading glasses without a sun filter while I am reading, working on my computer or using my phone.

This light is fantastic and the wireless charger is a nice addition. The height is perfect, and the light is bright. Having earbud charging stations is really convenient for me since my phone case is thick, so I use it for charging it. I like that it has different light levels, too. It is easy to reposition the light according to your needs with its adjustable arm.

I was impressed with how bright the light was from this. Although the phone charger and USB port do not work, I purchased it because it has the added feature of a phone charger. The fact that similar things have been said in other reviews leads me to suspect that this is a regular issue. This is the last time I will be buying from them.
