Questions & Answers

For this light, what kind of glasses and lamp should be purchased? I'm dealing with mold toxicity right now and thought this might be helpful. ?

You can get the clamp-on metal lamp used to keep chicks warm from a farm supply store. I'm currently using two bulbs, with the possibility of adding a third. When you purchase an expensive NIR infrared system, it usually comes with four bulbs. In a small bathroom, I clamped mine to a towel rack.

Is it necessary to wear safety glasses when working with this light?

Yes, when using this type of RubyLux bulb, you should use infrared-blocking eye protection.

Is this the same thing as the rubylux red led?

No, these bulbs are not the same as the RubyLux All Red LED bulbs, Vanessa. The NIR- A Near Infrared Bulb differs from an LED bulb in that it emits light in the infrared spectrum. It's an incandescent bulb, which gets extremely hot, unlike LEDs. Another significant distinction is that they do not emit light with the same wavelength. Unlike our All Red LED Bulb, this bulb emits infrared light. The only light it emits is red.
- RubyLux hosts Bambi.

Is there a difference between these and the philips 250-watt bulbs? What is the wattage of a watt incandescent r40 heat lamp bulb?

250 philips Watt incandescents produce a lot of near-infrared light (700nm-1000nm). 1500nm wavelengths) to be therapeutic, but perhaps not to the same extent as the rubylux in terms of total light emitted. Phillips also makes no guarantees that the color coating on the bulb will not emit any undesirable offgassing emissions.

Provides significant pain relief for cancer patients' necks and spines
5/5

*Scroll down to the third paragraph to read about pain relief
br>I've been battling cancer for two years. 5 years. There are six tumors on my spine, one of which is wrapped around a blood vessel and pressing against the nerves behind my back, causing excruciating pain. It's the kind of pain that's kept me on morphine and other opioids for the past six months and counting. I finally had enough of the pain and traveled to Tijuana, Mexico's "Hope4Cancer" clinic for a month of treatment (I live in Texas, by the way). They required me to attend a Near Infrared Sauna session every other day while I was there. Their NIR Sauna was noticeably hotter and more effective than my own at home. By hotter, I mean it was like turning on an instant furnace, and by more effective, I mean I sweated a lot more and got a lot of pain relief within five minutes of turning it on. Each session is for 7 minutes. I've had a NIR Sauna for two years, but it hasn't provided me with the same level of pain relief as Hope4Cancer's sauna. x8 150-watt sauna lights were installed in my sauna. bulbs of wattage Hope4Cancer received a total of x6 250-dollar donations. wattage of light bulbs So, while I was there, I did some research on Amazon to find the best near-infrared bulbs, and I chose RubyLux over all other brands. RubyLux made three statements that influenced my choice of bulbs: "no far infrared rays are emitted" ] . without toxic mercury, Teflon, or fluorinated fumes] ] . [and] Each bulb is thoroughly inspected, warranted, and engineer-approved. officially recognized " Due to my battle with cancer, I had to drop out of college. " I last quoted like that 5 years ago, so I'm not sure if I did it correctly, but I hope I did. So far, RubyLux appears to be particularly concerned with assuring us that there are no far infrared rays present, which is critical for a cancer patient like myself who requires very specific treatment. The other two factors (toxic-free and each bulb inspected and certified) were decisive in sealing the deal. br>br>When the bulbs arrived, I replaced eight of my 150-watt bulbs. watt bulbs with five RubyLux 250-watt bulbs wattage of light bulbs Let me tell you something- When I first turned on the sauna, I was in awe. It was an instant furnace, just like at Hope4Cancer, but because my sauna is a little smaller, it gets even hotter and faster! In the past, I've been able to handle 30 minute sessions with x8 150-watts of power. watt bulbs, but with a x5 multiplier of 250-watt bulbs On my first session with the watt bulbs, I could only stand for 10 minutes. It took me four sessions to get to the point where I could stay in there for 20 minutes, and I don't think I'll go up to 30 minutes again because these bulbs are so effective. br>br>I'm suffering from back pain that starts around T1-T2. T2 and then branches out to the left into my left rhomboid, as well as wrapping around my neck, where I have swollen tumors. Let me give you an example of something that occurred this morning. I'm trying to taper off of Morphine, but it's taking longer than I'd like because this morning I woke up in a lot of pain that I don't usually have, and I'm assuming it's because I dropped my morphine dose, so I go straight to my sauna at 6 a. m. I enter, meditate on Jesus, and pray for Him to bless this treatment, and I'm thanking Jesus for pain relief within 5 minutes. I felt a warm, soothing sensation penetrate my muscles and onto the tumors that were causing the pain. It's as if I could sense the tumors calming down and switching from screaming to humming (if that makes sense). Consider the difference between banging on a desk and rubbing on a desk (in terms of sound). My neck/spine went from screaming to soothing in the same way. After ten minutes, I was completely enthralled; Because of how much pain relief I received, I wished I could spend the entire day there. But, of course, I had to exit and shower after 20 minutes, and it's now 1 a. m. I've been pain-free for over 5 hours. Despite the fact that I took morphine, I can still feel the sauna's effects, which the morphine did not cause. So, if you're fighting cancer and need pain relief, I recommend RubyLux (I'm a cancer patient in pain).

This little magic light bulb has helped me with everything from acne and pimples to back pain and facial rejuvenation, so it looks like I'll be purchasing these bulbs for the rest of my life
5/5

Make sure you have some eye protection because these lights are very bright. Because infrared and near-infrared light can penetrate up to 1 inch deep into your skin, it's ideal for muscle and joint soreness after workouts or when your back hurts from a long day at the office. br>br>==== MANDATORY ACCESSORIES =====br>Buy this clamp lamp socket to go with it. This is a 250-watt bulb, which means it's extremely powerful and gets very hot. It will feel like a nice warm light if you hang it about 18 inches away from your skin. Basically: ===== YES IT WORKS =====br>================================================ This is one of the sun's most healing wavelengths, free of UV damage and wrinkles. It is both less expensive and more effective than LED light therapy. Infrared lights have been shown to increase blood circulation by 400% within a few minutes and the effects last for hours. So your skin and everything the light touches heals m br>br>==== HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE / FEEL EFFECTS =====br>br>br>The effects you FEEL after the first 15 minute session are immediate. The visual effects on your skin take time to appear; in less than a week, you'll notice your face has more substance and is less bony. You'll appear to be in better shape and have a better night's sleep. About 2- In four weeks, the small fine lights will appear to be fading. After four months, there is a significant difference in wrinkles and fine lines. br>br>Keep in mind that the light does not heal you; rather, it encourages your body to heal itself. Light receptors can be found in every cell of your body, and certain wavelengths promote faster healing than others. IS THIS INCANDESCENT BULB BETTER THAN THE LED VERSIONS? br>br>===== IS THIS INCANDESCENT BULB BETTER THAN THE LED VERSIONS? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes I have both this RubyLux lamp and a $200 LED light, and the RubyLux light shrinks huge pimples in a matter of hours. People prefer LED versions because they are smaller and less hot, allowing them to be placed closer to the skin. However, because they are so expensive, people believe that "you get what you pay for" and end up purchasing the $200 LED red light pads. Even if I sat under my LED pad for 45 minutes a day, I wouldn't get the same results as 15 minutes with this Ruby Lux bulb. The prize goes to this bulb. ===== HOW LONG SHOULD TREATMENTS LAST? br>br>================================= At least 15 minutes =====br> However, you should limit yourself to three 15-minute sessions per day. CAN I USE THIS BEFORE GOING TO BED? br>br>======================================== Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes This light is something I use right before I go to bed. Mine was placed on a camera stand directly above my bed. The body is not awakened by red light in the same way that it is awakened by blue light from monitors and electronic devices. As a result, it's ideal for use right before bedtime. br>br>==== MUSCLES and WORKOUTS =====br>My back hurts from non-exercise. When I sleep on my back, it is stiff and uncomfortable. I've been able to sleep on my back for the entirety of each night since I started using this light on my back. It's nice to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, and it's even better to wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. Muscles heal more quickly after workouts, and the burn from the second and third days is gone. There is a significant and noticeable reduction in pain. Don't assume that just because it's a light, it'll be beneficial to your skin. This light can penetrate tissues to a depth of 1 inch, including muscles and joints. COLLAGEN and FACIAL REJUVENATION =====br>============================================================================================ My face appears to be well-rested and not bony on a consistent basis. br>br>==== SIDE EFFECTS (sleepiness) =====br>Red Light Therapy has been proven to have no negative side effects for decades. Just don't bake for hours under it; this technology has been proven safe in studies ranging from NASA to clinical trials. The light increases blood circulation by 400% and your body heals very quickly as a result of this. br>br>Insomnia: br>br>Insomniac: br>br>Insomniac Do you ever get that feeling when you've been out in the sun for a long time and it's just draining your energy? This occurs (especially in people with low blood pressure, such as myself), because heat and the sun cause your skin to sweat and cool itself, making you tired. Because this light increases blood circulation by 400% you may feel extremely drained following 5- Time limit: ten minutes So if you're looking for something to put you to sleep, this is ideal. br>br>==== WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN CATCHED ON IN THE MAINSTREAM? =====br>They are gradually incorporating these IR/NIR lamp beds into their tanning bed rooms, and health clubs and gyms have begun to do so. It hasn't gained traction because it necessitates a long-term commitment. And we all know how lazy people are. The average person does not want to take 15 minutes out of their day to exercise, much less sit under a lamp for 15 minutes every day with nothing but their thoughts to occupy their time. br>br>In addition, the lamp is large and requires space to set up, so clean out your basement. br>br>==========================================================================================================.

RubyLux did not make the bulb that was delivered
3/5

RubyLux did not make the bulb that was delivered. It didn't look anything like the one I had ordered before, and it didn't have the RubyLux logo on it. The temperature had dropped and the color had turned orange. I'm stuck with a red light bulb because there's no way to return it. The bulb on the left in the photos is the real thing.

5/5

I'm a biochemist who has spent the last few years researching infrared saunas. I used to go to a commercial infrared sauna, but I was concerned about EMF (dirty electricity) leaching, which is a common occurrence. br>I decided it was safer/better to build my own, and if you do some basic research, you'll find Near infrared is the best. br>I chose RubyLux because of the assurance that no lead/heavy metals would leach from the bulb, which could be a problem. br>Because of poor quality control, I am wary of products made in China or India. RubyLux also employs standard AC. br>I purchased a second system for my Lyme-infected daughter. I highly recommend RubyLux because of their excellent customer service and the fact that they are a small American company.
