I've ordered this Brahmi powder twice now and plan to do so again. On the back of the package, it says it's USDA certified organic. Every morning, I put 1/2 teaspoon in a cup of warm water and whisk it together. Prior to dinner, on occasion. Because so many people in the reviews use it on their hair, I wanted to make it clear in my review that it can also be used internally. Yes, the flavor takes some getting used to at first (remember, this is an herb-based product). I don't drink it with chips and dip, but it's so relaxing to me that I enjoy a quiet moment while sipping it. I'm not sure how long it takes for the calming and memory effects to kick in. It's likely that everyone's situation is unique. Don't pass judgment; your body will tell you if something is wrong. In addition, my hair is fantastic!.
I bought it for my own personal use. I put it in my hair conditioner and make a conditioning hair mask with it. Smooth, soft powder that blends well with the other powders I purchased from the same supplier. Bags were filled to the brim, and the packaging was very secure. This product, as well as the company, are two of my favorites. Although this is the first time I've used a tone, I'm very pleased with the results.
This, along with other Indian herbs, is what I use to wash and condition my hair. The powder is very finely ground and rinses out easily. I like that the powder comes in two bags, so you can close the outer bag when you're done with it. The quality is outstanding; My hair is thick, lustrous, and growing like a weed. I wish it was available in larger sizes.

This one, on the other hand, appears to have a much more bitter flavor; I wish I knew what authentic Brahmi should taste like; I've actually stopped drinking it every day because I'm now skeptical of what is truly good and organic.
