This product is a gift from above. I had been afflicted with an overabundance of anxiety. For several years, the liver has been stimulated and overheated. This issue also resulted in an overworked nervous system and sleep disturbances. Vata and Pitta make up the majority of my body. Ghee, licorice, Shatavari, Neem, Almond gum, and Agathi green leaves are just a few of the pitta pacifiers I've tried. Manjistha, on the other hand, is in a class by himself. To avoid any vata aggravation, I used a very small amount (a quarter of a spoon) mixed with hot milk. I could tell the heat was gone after a week, and my sleep had improved dramatically. The irritability is no longer present. The nervous system is now in a more relaxed state. It was an excellent educational opportunity. Apart from its primary function of lymph cleansing, Manjistha's ability to remove heat without causing harm is remarkable. Banyan Botanicals deserves credit for bringing these herbs to the forefront and making them accessible to the general public.

Following two neck surgeries for thyroid cancer, I now have head and neck lyphadema. Lymphatic flow is obstructed due to scar tissue. It took me six years to figure out why I was having so many problems in 2019, and doctors were of no assistance. br>br>I have neck pain, headaches, brain fog, memory problems, sinus and ear pressure, fatigue, sleepiness, and mood swings on a regular basis. I frequently lose my sense of smell and taste, which is most likely caused by inflammation in my head, neck, and nervous system. I have swelling around my collar bone, stiff muscles in my neck, and tender and slightly swollen lymph nodes from my collar bone upwards all of the time. br>br>I just got this today and am in a lot of pain. Once a week, I give myself a castor oil and heat massage to help lymph flow, and tonight is the night I'll need to do it again. Today I'm suffering from a pressure headache, earaches, exhaustion, neck pain, and brain fog. When I'm in pain like this, I usually take ibuprofen, but I wanted to see how this product performed on its own. It's the ideal time to begin because I'm in excruciating pain and haven't found any relief from other medications or herbs. br>br>The first dose- I took it about 30 minutes ago with 1/8 teaspoon in 4 ounces of water. I feel as if I've taken a nasal decongestant. My sinus pressure is lowering, and I can now smell the garbage in the kitchen from across the room. I don't believe my daughter claimed to have emptied it! I still have a dull headache (it's only been 30 minutes), but the lymph massage has provided me with the same pressure relief. The first symptom is a slight throbbing sensation in my neck, which I believe is caused by my lymphatic system being stimulated to move. This is followed by a sensation of decongestion in my ears and sinuses. Small pinpricks appear randomly in some lymph nodes, followed by relief from pressure and pain, and the sensation that my head and neck are no longer as heavy. br>So far, this powder appears to be performing the same function as my lymph massage. br>Because I'm sensitive to herbs and medications, I only took a very small dose. br>I'm also feeling a little more focused. Over the course of the month, I'll make a few more updates. br>br>Update: I didn't need to do my lymph massage or castor oil soak on the first day because I didn't need any more doses! The pain has subsided, and the fog in my head has lifted. I'm very impressedbr>br>Update: I've been using this on a daily basis for about 2/3 months. My skin looks fantastic; at first, I could tell it was assisting in the removal of toxins because I had a few minor breakouts here and there, but nothing like the cystic acne I get when something irritates my skin. My skin has become brighter, clearer, and softer as a result of the treatment. br>My neck pain is much better now, and I've discovered that if I take a dose before bed, I don't wake up feeling like I've been run over by a train! br>Because I no longer have chronic swelling in my legs, head, or neck, I've lost about 5 pounds of water weight. br>br>I mixed some Rose Hip seed oil into the powder, which I apply directly to my skin for a brighter, healthier glow.

Hey guys, I'm still waiting for my order to arrive and will update my review once I've had it for a while; however, one of the reviews I read made me nervous. It was about Manjistha Powder, which, according to WebMD, is likely to cause cancer, which I also use as a resource. I did some research and discovered that the information was incorrect; however, I was unable to respond or comment to that person's review for some reason, so I am posting this here. In any case, WebMD's statement about Manjistha Powder appears under the name Madder when you search for it. Indian Madder is another name for Manjistha Powder, which is also included in the list of alternative names for this dangerous Madder. This powder, on the other hand, is Rubia tinctorum, not Rubia Cordifolia. Rubia Cordifolia is the scientific name for the plant Rubia Cordifolia. If you type in the other one, you'll see the cancer warning posting. This is a case of two things. So don't let that warning deter you from giving it a shot. br>br>I'll get back to you with my experience with the product. If I do not update the review, it is possible that I was mistaken and this is harmful to you. LOL.

I'd been looking for something to help me get rid of severe cystic acne for over two decades, and I'd finally found it. I take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of the powder per day, increasing to a teaspoon around my period. It's a lot easier to take now that I bought a capsule machine. After years of toxins accumulating in my gut and passing through my skin, my skin was in desperate need of help.
