I've had a lot of trouble opening it, despite the fact that I have freakishly strong hands. Everywhere I go, I'm known as the "jar opener." And I couldn't open it the first time, either. What worked for me was to run a thin-film transistor radio. through the opening between the lid and the base with a bladed knife (or a thin flat head screw driver). That makes it easier to get it open the first time, and subsequent openings have gone without a hitch. To remove it, simply twist the upper lid. I hope this has been of assistance.
This diffuser emits a very low amount of noise. It is ideal for use at work.

ft. room can easily be filled with mist. ft. PROs: This diffuser is incredibly effective, quiet, and affordable. It's got a lot of different features. You can choose between a color light cycle and a single light color display. It's simple to use and keep up with. This unit has exceptional customer service. After 8 weeks of use, both of the previous units began to leak. I left a negative review because I was dissatisfied. I was contacted by Cathy, an outstanding Customer Service representative, in a very short time. She expressed her regret for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund for both units right away. I asked for replacements because I liked the unit so much. I got my replacement units in less than a week. I'm going to give it a 5-star rating. In just eight weeks, you could be a star.

I'd give the diffuser a higher rating than 5 stars. If I could, I would give it a five-star rating. Since receiving the replacement diffusers, I've used them every day. They're in perfect working order. The United States, as well as their customer service representatives, are fantastic.
It won't turn on, but the customer service was excellent. I've plugged it in and followed the directions, but it won't turn on! The lights aren't working, and the mist isn't working either. I'm furious. UPDATE: The company I was dealing with was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and offered me a refund when I informed them of this information! This company, and others like it, need to be more considerate and helpful.

Oh, my goodness, you guys! These diffusers have exceeded my expectations. I jumped at the chance to buy three when the price dropped to just over $13! I'm so grateful. They function as expected, have three function options, and the kids adore the variety of color options! We have one in each of our bedrooms, and it has made a significant difference in the way our house smells! No more wax melts that are hazardous to your health if they are left burning all day! Instead, the air is light and crisp, and we have colorful lights on all the time, which we are now using in place of regular nightlights! If you ask me, it's multipurpose! It was only a year when I got it. It was very good at diffusing oils when it worked. However, I anticipate it working for at least another eight months. Great product that arrived on time and in good shape. Closes on its own I always forget to turn it off when the water level is low, so this feature comes in handy. Another thing is how quiet it is. For my son's room, I'm going to order another one. br>*I put mine in a vase with cutouts, and the light from my diffuser and vase shines brightly on my walls, creating lovely colorful patterns.
