The size 5 would be my recommendation. In the same way, when my twin girls were 22 lbs, I went up (to a size 5) and they both looked great.

Whenever she was in the mood for huggies, she always looked out for them. Although I prefer Pampers swadlers for my baby, comparing these overnight swadlers to regular swadlers, they didn't seem to be any thicker. Since we switched to honest diapers, we've never had an issue.

These are now garbage because they were used as overnight diapers. As far as I can tell, they look and feel like regular daytime diapers, so I don't know what they are like. There is no benefit to using them over a regular diaper (there are more leaks and the baby wakes up in the night). We want the blue ones back that are thicker and really work! As long as I don't buy these, I won't buy them.

Each night he poured out of them. We used them for 4 nights in a row. He was in worse shape than with his regular diaper. The Pampers overnight diapers looked promising on Amazon, so I decided to try them. These didn't look like anything special, did not feature an eye-catching design, and had no obvious extra padding, but they are a cinch to use! It's been over a week since he started wearing them, and he hasn't leaked! My son's sheets are definitely heavy and soaked when I change him in the morning, but there is no dampness. My recommendation for an overnight diaper is this one if you're looking for one that works. It will likely take me more than a couple of months to potty train my son, but I will buy these again in the meantime!.

The diapers we got on Oct 3rd were COMPLETELY different than what we had seen in past pampers overnighters. Though I never want to be that person who claims I received fake diapers, this recent order was unlike any other we have ever had. There is no way I can know whether or not this was only Amazon or all overnighters, but she leaked RIGHT through all of them. When we opened the package, we could tell that they were going to be different. The first thing my wife did when she got home was flip over the box to check that she ordered the right diaper. The diapers are completely different than regular ones so I'll try to remember to take a picture. Compared to the Sam's Club brand we normally use for daytime diapers, these are noticeably flimsier, and the padding doesn't feel as firm (can be used for a few hours but not over night). It looks like Pampers just gave Amazon cheapo boxes, so we're going to try looking elsewhere for another box. Otherwise, we will have to move on to another brand, since what we were given no longer works.

My son was leaking at night, so we bought these diapers. The diapers definitely helped in that regard as he hardly leaks now that we've used them. It is not a 100 percent success rate, however. It may happen once every week or so that he leaks a diaper (sometimes more than once). As I read online, he loves sleeping on his stomach, so I expect he will leak a few times during that time. As a result, if you are looking for 100% leak proof, this won't work for you. However, it does provide more protection than standard swaddle diapers do.
