This is the first one I have used, but I am getting ready to purchase this one. Although I have no experience with these products, I can speak for many of their products and they're phenomenal so I'm sure these will be as well! It helps so much to have these on hand for my son to use when he gets leg cramps all the time! You should be able to use them.

did not want to give them Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen every night, but I also couldn't allow them to suffer. As a result of several hours of research, I found these magnesium tablets and some magnesium cream for children. The babies haven't needed anything but these tablets and cream for over 2 weeks now and if they've been playing hard that day, I give them the tablets and apply the cream to their legs before bed so they can sleep through the night without feeling pain!.
My son didn't really get any relief from growing pains from this. His legs ached during the night, causing him to wake up multiple times in pain. I hoped for at least a placebo effect, but instead heard laments of "it's not working!". I have given them 2 stars because they do not taste bad and are easy to take.
As my almost five-year-old son has suffered with foot pain since he was very young, I often had to resort to Tylenol in order to alleviate the pain. At first, I was skeptical of this method, but it has actually worked for me, and quickly! One downside is that it tastes disgusting, but at least it dissolves very quickly, so that's a plus.
Along with her growing pains, she is always sore and has bad aches. Her first time taking it before going to bed after practice, she didn't wake up in the middle of the night in pain (she normally wakes up in the middle of the night in pain), and her muscles weren't aching at all. Her practice will require her to buy so she can take it home afterward.
Daughter, who is pre-teen, says they help her cope with While I have never used them myself, whether a placebo or not, she says they have helped relieve her pain, so I count it as a win for her. My daughter says the flavor of the tablet isn't bad and takes very little time to dissolve.
I'm not sure if it worked for other toddlers. When you ask a 4-year-old for an answer, you may get an ambiguous response. His favorite flavor isn't a big deal and he won't complain about It might be helpful to be consistent. I am not too impressed with the product. I will have to use it.
My four kids suffer from leg pain, and so far three of them are experiencing it. The information provided to them has been of great help.
