It would keep my hands occupied if I had something to do. This is a very well-crafted piece. In addition to the small and XL, I also have the small. think that the medium (I usually wear medium gloves) feels the best for my hands. The small sometimes makes my hands cramp because I squeeze them (I play with it for hours) and the Xl is a little too large for my hands. I like how I can change the feel with the medium, as I believe it's perfect for me. Despite its size, it is made well and doesn't seem to break easily. Not much sound is made, though a little is heard. Aside from that, it doesn't really stand out. In terms of utility, it's nice to keep in my pocket and I can use it while my hands are in my pockets, which I find to be very I use it to keep my hands busy. Very good. I would highly recommend it.
The problem is. I think this is a great gift and it has excellent quality! My son is autistic and has sensory needs, so I have a difficult time keeping him focused.
